Connect. Create. Transform: Cultivating Educational Partnerships Amidst Organizational Change
Establishing meaningful relationships is an essential component to successfully managing educational services in public media. This session is designed for persons interested in increasing community engagement and in assessing the impact of current educational services and partnerships. Presenters will facilitate conversations around connecting to diverse communities, ensuring educational services are aligned to the needs of those communities, and conducting effective evaluation of services. Additionally, presenters will share their experiences with conducting this work in the midst of a changing organizational climate.
Participants will be encouraged to share ideas that are working at their stations, and will have an opportunity to brainstorm practical ideas for engaging educational stakeholders. Each attendee will leave with a toolkit for assessing and redesigning educational services.

Learning Outcomes / Key Insights:
-Assess their agency's position in the organizational lifecycle
-Consider their current strategies for engaging communities and educational stakeholders
-Explore ideas for developing and redesigning educational services
-Assess the impact of educational services in alignment with the needs of diverse communities
-Determine ways to sustain the relationships in the short-term and long-term
-Attendees will complete/leave with a planning sheet and toolkit for assessing and redesigning educational services.
